  • We want every client to be happy with their cleaning. If something was missed, please reach out as soon as possible so we can discuss the concern and determine the appropriate next step.

  • Absolutely! Every home has different priorities. Let us know what matters to you most, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Payment options and payment expectations will be provided when your cleaning is booked.

  • Cleaning times vary depending on the size of the home, condition of the home, type of cleaning, and requested services. We’ll provide an estimated timeframe when discussing your cleaning.

  • We come equipped with a vacuum, mop/mop bucket, clean mop heads, broom/dust pan, paper towels/microfiber cloths, products/chemicals designated to each area of a home, sponges, gloves, etc.

  • Additional services such as laundry, folding, and organization are available upon request. Please check any of these in the add-ons portion when completing the form.

  • Simply fill out our online form on the Contact page. We’ll ask for some basic information about you’re home and the type of cleaning you’re looking for so we can determine the appropriate service and pricing.

  • Yes. Quote requests are free and there is no obligation to book.

    If you’re nearby, but outside our listed service area, feel free to reach out and ask!

  • No. You do not need to be home during your cleaning. We’ll discuss access arrangements and any important instructions with you beforehand.

  • Yes. Standard cleaning supplies and equipment are provided unless otherwise discussed. If you have a specific product you’d prefer us to use, please let us know ahead of time.

  • Yes! Pets are welcome. Please let us know about pets when requesting your quote, so we can account for things such as pet hair or additional cleaning needs.

  • Standard cleaning focuses on maintaining a home that is already regularly cleaned. Deep cleaning is more detailed and includes additional attention to areas that aren’t typically addressed during routine cleaning. If you’re unsure which one your home needs, we’ll help you decide.

  • Yes. Interior appliance cleaning can be added to your service for an additional fee.

  • We understand that plans change. Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy will be provided before booking.
